YouTube Battery Drain

Is it the YouTube app or something to do with OneUI7 that is causing an inordinate battery drain?

Watching a video for about 45 minutes and 25% battery drain is not normal.. 

Also, the phone gets warm. 

Anyone else experiencing this?

This is why I though maybe it wasn't working correctly, anyways any updates of the heat issues

What I have noticed about Samsung devices is the first 10% of battery life when charged to 100% will drop rapidly with general usage.
Starts to normalize after that.
15% battery, which I try not to let it run that low, also has rapid discharge.

YouTube is in its own category of excessive battery usage at the moment. Trying all the tricks to see if that helps.

I didn't know which app was causing it, so I put all google apps in sleep. This increased my SOT by 3 hrs.

Nice! You can still use the Google apps when put to sleep but they update less in the background. Battery saver right there!

how is this still an issue on a ultra 25 ? I always got this on my fold. But an ultra 25 still can't handle yt?
