Video Effects... Quick Settings?

Is this a bug? 

Video Settings is not an option to add/remove when editing the Quick Pannel.

Tapping the video setting also does nothing. 

Just noticed with Beta 3 and will report.

Was not there with Beta 2 for me. Does not appear to have any function either.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Seems to resolved itself. No longer see video settings in the quick settings.
I just rebooted and it went away.
