Two software update pages in device settings?

Am I the only one with this issue? I have two software update pages in settings.

I did not flash, I am a part of the the public beta program and my device is carrier unlocked

Which means it's a bug . I have mentioned an easy temporary fix

Could this be due to using One UI 7 on a T-Mobile locked device?
