DiscussionsTry clearing the system cache; power down the device, then press and hold both the up volume and the side (power) buttons at the same until the recovery screen appears. Then when that screen appears, using the volume buttons, move the highlight up/down until it is over "Wipe cache partition", then press the side button. Using the volume button to highlight "Yes", press the side button. Then it will default to "Reboot system now" and press the side button again to restart the device as usual.
