I hope not. It's still super buggy. Unless specific bugs are fixed (weather widget, text bubbles, status bar still has huge gaps among other things). Needs some fine tuning still before a stable comes out.
What bugs have you seen? I havent seemed to have any issues with those things unless I have just missed it. Did you wipe cache from recovery after updating? I always do that and usually betas stay pretty stable for me, minus actual code misses and things.
Weather widget no longer shows hourly weather, font is extremely tiny, can't read it, there's only 2 options for widgets, text bubbles can be resized, but won't hold that setting, bubble notification keeps moving every time I get a text, the gaps next to time and battery in status bar are wasted space making the status bar look wonky and unfinished, can't back out of some apps with the back button (may be app specific trying to be like crapple). Just to name a few
