Social Media Camera Quality

I've noticed this on Snapchat only because it's the only social media app I really use the camera on, but I've noticed that since the beta, the camera quality is significantly worse. It's not that my front-facing camera is foggy; I cleaned it. It looks very foggy and low-quality in general. Is anyone else noticing this?

I've noticed low quality pictures when im using the camera in Google messages

I think there's a setting that makes it send faster but it is lower quality. If you turn it off, it'll use the original quality.

Here. These are the settings I was talking about. I'm not sure if this will help, though, but you can try it out. Once you're in your Google Messages, click on your profile picture then follow my screenshots.

I've had updates for Google messages like constantly everyday haven't seen an update with that setting yet
