S25 has stable one UI 7 since January and now we have to wait more weeks to get it on last year's flagship? Samsung is the only major android flagship from last year still running android 14 pretty pathetic. Won't be buying Samsung again. Not to mention they basically lead us on leaving us entirely in the dark until the very last minute just to release another beta. Samsung is worse than apple.

Update delivery this year has become a joke. Android 16, beta is already out, and yet we don't even have a date for A15 stable.

Outside looking in... It seems to me that Samsung's strategy going forward is going to be marginal hardware upgrades, minimal aesthetic changes, and withholding new software features from the previous year's flagship.

So Apple, basically.

Galaxy AI was released in January with the S24 series, but didnt arrive on the S23 until March. I would anticipate a similar timeline here.

It's not just about the newer Galaxy AI features. One UI 7 also includes the latest Android 15, which was released on October 15, 2024. Android 16 is scheduled for launch in the second quarter of 2025, yet we still don't have Android 15. While many of the key features of the latest Android version are available on Samsung phones, the development team’s performance has been disappointing this time.
