They build our trust up and break it in less than 72 hours. Then you have people who are in the Beta saying we shouldn't be complaining about anything and we should not talk about the problems we have and how Samsung is doing the worst things they could do to their customers. I truly don't care what anyone else's opinion is about me. Because that is the problem. They keep doing things that are wrong and destroy trust and don't even give any explanation about why they are doing this. Huge tech blogs and reporters are talking about it but God forbid we should talk about it on here and say it's not right and, no, complaining about something doesn't change anything, but what does not talking about it do? It's just like the S25 ultra where they removed the Bluetooth connection for the Spen, according to Samsung it was because only 1 percent of their customers used it. That sounds like nothing when you realize that is millions and millions of people and how do they know the numbers? I was never asked if I used it on any phone and I've had the S23 ultra and the S24 Ultra and I don't remember if I had the S22 or earlier but I know I use my Spen sometimes but I refuse to pay the same price for a similar phone that's actually a downgrade if you compare what you lose vs what you gain. Then people are shamed for speaking about the loss of trust for a company that is only 1 of the top companies because of every customer they have or have had, we should be shamed and told we need to stop complaining and stop whining about it. I guess people who don't have to work hard for their money or they don't care about anyone but themselves, they don't understand why a lot of people don't appreciate being treated like they don't matter. Customers aren't going to forget this and everything else that happened and I'm sure they will lose a lot of customers with this track record they are making

Sure, we all can pull out of the Beta, but that doesn't change the fact about Sammys delays and poor treatments of loyal customers since Samsung galaxy S2. Yes customer since the galaxy S2. I think as a customer for that long, I shouldn't be treated like this. Just my 2 cents. Have a fantastic day to all.

Exactly. This is what I was talking about when I said if you say anything about the obvious problems that are happening the suggestion is to leave the beta. My point was proven

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We completely understand that the anticipation and evolving information surrounding the One UI 7 public release can lead to frustration and uncertainty, especially when external reports and rumors begin to circulate.

We want to be transparent: No official public release date for One UI 7 has been announced yet. The timeline remains under review as we work to ensure the software is stable, optimized, and ready for a wider rollout. While we understand the desire for firm answers, our goal is to avoid spreading misinformation by only sharing confirmed details through official Samsung channels.

Regarding feedback and user concerns: Your voiceā€”and every user's voiceā€”matters. We do not discourage discussion or feedback in this community. On the contrary, this program exists so that users like you can share real-world experiences, concerns, and suggestions. Constructive dialogue is what helps shape a better final product, and that includes holding us accountable when expectations arenā€™t met.

As for the S Pen Bluetooth functionality, we understand how its removal may be disappointing to users who valued it. Product decisions are based on a combination of usage data, design direction, and long-term vision, but we recognize that every featureā€”no matter how widely usedā€”has its audience. Your input helps inform future directions, and we're listening.

Thank you again for being part of this community and for voicing your concerns. Even when the message is tough to hear, we value itā€”because it shows how deeply users care about the Galaxy experience.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
