Samsung beta team marks bug reports as answered. Are we wasting our time?

I've sent into Samsung two bug/error reports about the continuing android Webview problems with it closing or crashing Gmail/outlook when trying to edit a message. I've also included screenshots and a video showing the problem. 

The review team marks the reports as "answered" but they do not send me any answer. What is going on? Is anyone minding these error reports? Am I just wasting my time trying to help improve oneui?

I've done beta tests many times, yet this is the first time I see them ignoring error reports. Anyone else seeing similar?

Yes they been marking mine as answered also when I don't see any changes

Beta 2 is due in a couple of days, we'll know then if there were any fixes.

Your not gonna know the changes until beta 2 3 4 etc, but im pretty sure enough people reported it to be a issue to have fixed by 2nd beta

When a report is marked as โ€œAnswered,โ€ it usually means it has been reviewed and grouped with similar issues, not that it was dismissed. Due to the volume of Beta reports, individual replies arenโ€™t always posted.

In some cases, logs may be incomplete (for example, if Samsung Members is closed during log collection), but we still analyze patterns across multiple reports for issues like the WebView crashes you mentioned.

Samsung beta team is not disregarding your query/issue. If your matter has been marked as answered, it implies that it has been addressed in a different thread where the issue was previously discussed and resolved. Please conduct a search within the community chat for the issue you have reported.
