My watch resets once in a while and have to reset my whole watch, never had that problem before.

While this issue may be related to the Galaxy Watch itself, thereā€™s a possibility it could be affected by recent software changes on your phoneā€”especially if youā€™re currently participating in the One UI Beta program. Unexpected resets and pairing issues can sometimes occur due to compatibility between beta software and wearables.

To help isolate the root cause, we recommend:

Submitting an error report via Samsung Members > Beta Feedback > Error Reports right after the issue occurs.

Posting your experience on the Galaxy Watch community board, where wearables specialists may be able to provide additional insight.

This happens to me also even with the release One UI6 Android 14. In my observation, every time I receive a firmware update or I have the phone scheduled for restart, it seems to break the bluetooth connection. I have submitted error reports multiple times and seems no fix on the Beta releases.

I have had this happen 4 or 5 times since the last watch update. I think it's a watch problem and not a beta phone problem. I know a lot of others that have had this same issue and reported it to Samsung on the Members app. Right now they seem to not acknowledging this issue. They even took down my post saying it was a repeated issue from a previous post which was for a 2 year old Samsung watch and a completely different problem. I know Sammobile reported on in it so maybe that will get it some traction.
