Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding the Samsung Health sleep score feature. We understand your concern and truly appreciate the detailed explanation youāve provided.
To help us investigate this issue further, we kindly request you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app:
1. Open the Samsung Members app.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach the relevant screenshot youāve shared (if possible).
4. Ensure the "Send system log data" option is checked, then submit the report.
Important: For accurate log data collection, please submit the report after your first sleep measurement (This case would be within the first 15 minute after 4:59AM ~5:14AM)
