Power off the phone, press volume up and power button and select clean cache partition than reboot phone

This accesses Android Recovery. Use the volume buttons to navigate and power button to select. ONLY wipe the cache - do NOT wipe data! All user data will be deleted! Wiping cache only removes that part of memory used by the operating system, which it will rebuild when you restart the phone normally. I make it a habit of clearing cache after every OS upgrade and even large updates.

Thank you for your feedback on overheating issue.

Although there could be many reasons causing device overheating (high app traffic in background, initial app preloading process, running game, charging ... etc).

However, if the issue seems abnormal than expected, please don't hesitate to leave feedback / submit error reports on Samsung Members app.
