Usually I don't face over heating issues when I charge my phone and remove the charger when it is 100 it starts to over heat and I restart and doesn't heat any more
Is this for fast or super fast charging? Or also for regular charging? You should send the beta feedback when it's overheating. It will give Samsung your phone information, then they might be able to see the problem
