Occasional stutters after unlocking phone

I have occasional stutters after unlocking phone. (Not after the turning on one. Still lags after turning on the phone)

Yeah my s24 ultra does that too! I wiped the cache partition and restarted it multiple time but no bueno... i hope they fix this soon coz I'll end up having **bleep** eye and headache from it.

I noticed this as well and after I unplug my phone from charger

Yeah it's super laggy for like 20 seconds (feels like 30hz)
