New Beta Update:Notifying Pill/Live Notifications

I just updated to the newest beta software and this appeared out of nowhere. I don't remember setting a stopwatch but am just glad to see it got added to the beta. The only this that would trigger or display information is Clock, Emergency sharing, Samsung Health, Voice Recorder, Interpreter, Maps and Bixby
