It won't let me join the beta

Can you explain further? Are you not seeing the banner to join in the members app? If you do see the banner and you click on it, is it giving you some type of error message? A little more information will go a long way to someone being able to help you.

No error message at first it looks successful but then it loops back to the beginning

Every time I click join it loops back to the beginning

It won't let me send screen recordings
