I've been in beta testing a few times over the years and well initially after following the steps to the letter which wasn't much, the delivery of the beta was haphazard at best. Wouldn't download, finally decided to reset and after doing all that the beta began downloading when I tried to exit the members app. Poorly executed at best but it worked and I've gotten solid performance.
I believe the program was launched too soon and that's why so many initial problems.
Initially, I confused it with the phone beta. However, I am glad I joined because battery drain on my W7 was a bit disappointing after the last regular update which has been fixed (fingers crossed) on the beta software. I am looking forward to seeing steady and consistent improvement with future updates.
