So in April my charger pot kept saying moisture detected. I tried everything. Nothing worked and samsunbg care said I would have to send it out (without no replacement / loaner nothing) untill they figure out the issue and if they deem it worth of replacing. Then the rep walks me thru trying to back up sign out accounts i log out and he says oh before that i ment to say u need to know your passwords and not rely on finger print .. i had already logged out and yes i relied on fingerprint... i was **bleep**. But then I join beta and it works again
