Facebook messenger replys fix

Update: It is not Oneui on phone or watch. Its literally Facebook messenger app. This issue is also present in oneui 6 android 14 phones as well. Ive been doing extensive research and have finally found it to me the app itself. There is a fix and requires uninstalling Facebook messenger and do not keep data. Install Facebook messenger version 485.0.0.58.111, open app, go through logging back in, once loggen in click the message at top to sync conversations, close out (Do not uninstall) and install the APK again. Open app and you should now be able to send replys from watch again. If you update the app from the store, youll loose this functionality again. With all that said, anyone having this issue, please report it to Facebook messenger as its not a samsung issue. 

Beta 3 fixed the call issue between watch and phone however, Facebook messenger reply is still not working. When someone sends a message via Facebook messenger, ill get the notification and message on the watch but when i reply from the watch, the watch shows sent but it doesn't send the reply, instead it opens Facebook messenger on the phone with the person I was replying to but the reply i sent from watch is not there as if i never replied. I haven't determined if this is the beta or watch oneui 6. I will replicate and send error reports on both beta and watch. Anyone else?

Itā€™s important to note that third-party app compatibility issues, like this one, can sometimes arise during beta testing as apps may not yet be fully optimized for the new OS. Your suggestion to report this issue directly to Facebook Messenger is spot on, although Facebook app may need your logs starting from v485.0.0.58.111 to the latest app version for evaluation.

Regarding Beta 3, we are glad to hear the call issue between the watch and phone has been resolved. For the Facebook Messenger reply issue, your plan to replicate and submit error reports for both the beta and Watch One UI 6 is a solid approach. This will provide valuable data to both Samsung and Facebook Messenger for troubleshooting.

If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, please follow the steps youā€™ve shared and report the issue to both Facebook Messenger and via Samsung Members. The more reports, the quicker we can push for a resolution.
