DiscussionsHello @MarvinMod2,
Thank you for being a valued Samsung user and for sharing your experience. We understand that Facebook Messenger calls previously appeared on the lock screen like regular calls, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
This behavior may be related to notification permissions or changes in how third-party apps interact with the lock screen in the latest One UI update. To troubleshoot, please try the following:
1) Check Messenger App Permissions:
Go to Settings > Apps > Messenger > Notifications
Ensure "Incoming Calls" and "Show on Lock Screen" are enabled.
2) Verify Special App Access:
Go to Settings > Apps > Special Access > Appear on Top
Ensure Messenger is allowed, as this affects call pop-ups.
3) Check Do Not Disturb (DND) Settings:
If DND is enabled, go to Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb > App Exceptions
Ensure Messenger calls are allowed.
If the issue persists, we recommend submitting Beta Feedback via Samsung Members to help the team investigate further.
We appreciate your loyalty and your contributions to the One UI Beta community. Let us know if these steps help!
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
