Can't set pictures for all call background

I have a s25u I use to set background pictures for all calls coming in and I could set specific pictures for special contacts. But the option is gone for all calls coming in. I use to set it from my gallery settings. Anyone else have this issue?

It's still there. Press on the contact, then edit. It's under "profile card."

Im having the same issue with my s25u, I set them then I woke up this morning and the saved profile images were gone
