I can't use google wallet to pay and can't map gemini to power button like the s25 ultra.

It seems that beta 4 breaks Google wallet. As for the gemini/bixby side button wake, I believe they are making that S25 series exclusive, at least for the time being.

Use Bixby Routines for button mapping. You can map the hardware buttons on the side and the screen buttons, home and recents if you like

Map Gemini to the side key long press. Double press for camera.
The side power key is the only button that can execute when the screen is off but you can map the volume up and down buttons too for when the screen is on.
