Battery draining faster?

So far it's been smooth sailing, no issues that I could find, but my battery seems to be draining a little faster than with UI 6. What's been your guys' experience?

I feel like the battery drained a little fast, but I'm not gonna offer much comment on it yet.

However, the phone has been getting fairly hot for whatever reason, both after I installed the beta and just a few minutes ago watching YouTube. I'm on the Snapdragon variant if that matters.

I'm seeing battery drain, but no overheating issues. Battery could be draining faster because I'm using the phone more while checking out all the new features.

Same I noticed the battery does drain faster then usual and my phone gets pretty warm

Same here, is draining a little quicker

The battery is draining a little quicker, but I always notice the same thing after a software update. Won't really know for a day or two.

This is good to know. I normally do the betas and this seems to be a generally true statement
