Any ideas why my app drawer is showing 2 Messages icons? There's only 1 in the Apps menu. Both icons in the app drawer show the same version (20250808_03_RC04). I don't recall this issue before I installed the Beta.
Are you using Google Messages? They had an issue with the Messages Beta causing multiple icons. You should be able to apply the latest Google Messages update and fix it.
This issue has been reported during Beta, where users in Google Message Beta were seeing 2 of the same message app platform, in which the fix was released in Google Message.
We also suggest you to download the latest Google Message app, and see if the issue is resolved.
