Android 13 Beta-Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and 4 won't connect

Anyone having issues with their Samsung Galaxy watches connecting to their phone? My won't connect after the last beta update.

I did all that and it didn't work

I'm unable to do that now because I reset the watch and not it will not get past the continue screen because the manager keeps crashing
