DiscussionsSamsung hear our pleas, remember there are a lot of people complaining about how slowly you are releasing the stable version of One UI 7. Once you release the beta some people will stop complaining because they will no longer have anything to complain about. I am waiting with great impatience and hope that you will release the Beta for S23 in the first week of March. I am writing this with hope as a big fan and long-time customer of yours. Do not disappoint us again...

I'm old enough to remember when Android devices (including Samsung) would not get software updates. Ever. For the entire lifespan of the device.
I remember flashing Gingerbread ROMs on devices that only officially supported Froyo, at the same time ICS was releasing exclusively on new hardware.
These promises of software support are VERY new in the Android world, and there's going to be a dramatic increase in workload to keep those promises. Patience and grace are warranted here.
