My Galaxy Pro 360 did an update and now it won't turn on. If it is turning on then I can't tell because the screen is black. There is a blue light on the left side of the laptop that is blinking, but that's it. The laptop is only a few months old.
My mom just had the same problem with hers, luckily I found this post and it did the trick, so thank you for the advice. Just wondering if anyone has found the cause of it? I feel kind of bad because I am the one that talked her into getting a new computer. Granted hers was 10 years old, but still never had this issue.
