Hello,

I keep getting a notification about Samsung Continuity Service to "Allow Samsung Continuity Service to run in the background" and go to settings to change it. However, whenever I go, there is no option to run in the background and I can't get this notification to stop. Has anyone dealt with something like this?Screenshot 2025-09-17 080413.png

Bixby has no audio. All my sound settings seem correct but do not hear any Bixby at all including set up voice. No TTS output

Try this.  Go to settings/apps/continuity service.  Open the app settings and scroll to "battery".  Tap that and then make sure that "unrestricted" is selected. It should be, as it's the default and everything else is unelectable.  Also, go to settings/connected devices/continue on other devices and make sure that slider is on.

When you click the "settings" icon, what screen does it take you to?

Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't notice the category you posted in was computers.  I thought we were talking about phones.  Can you show me a screen shot of where it takes you when you select "settings"?

You don’t normally interact with Samsung Continuity Service directly—it just runs in the background to support features. Removing or disabling it could break things like calls on a tablet or syncing tasks between your phone and PC.

Yeah I don't want to disable it. I do want to use it to run other apps but this notification has not disappeared for like a week now
