Book was NIST 88-800 Wiped using PC Doctor.  Installed Windows 11 and Samsung Driver Patch found on Samsung.com.

Issue:

The unit will not power on without being plugged in until long enough for the Battery Heath indicator to show on the screen.  Once the battery health indicator is on the screen you can hold the power button and the PC will power up with no issues.   The battery Level will show 95% within 1 minute after being plugged into ac adapter and the unit will power up and stay on with no issues.  Appears to be something with the firmware.

Steps Taken so Far:

Held Power Button and Volume Down button for 10 seconds with no success.  Updated BIOs to the current release with no success.  Installed all the updated drivers available for the model with no success.

Now out of ideas.

I can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110727/

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
