I had Samsung all my life, recent one was S22 Ultra. The battery life was so horrible, as my previous phones S8+ and S4 (all with Exynos), I wanted to try out the 16 Pro Max. After just a few days I am already fed up.
No back button, cant even customize alarm, horrible keyboard, annoying swiping gestures required, display is often unresponsive, dynamic island takes way too much space, horrible gallery for pictures and much more. Only few pro's like great battery life, action button and design.
Will return it and either get S24 Ultra or wait for S25 Ultra. Since they finally have Snapdragon,I hope I finally get a Samsung with good battery life. Never trying out Apple again.
Hello. I've also switched to and from the apple train from samsung. Honestly I can say that the s24 plus has awesome battery life, as well as so many more features. I just got the s24 plus myself and I'm loving it compared to all of my other past samsung devices. So, If you're looking into the ultra you should go for it.
I did the same exact thing! I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max Oxtober 2023, and I was fed up too. I had mine for 2 weeks and returned back to Samsung. I got the S23 Ultra. The salesperson at AT&T told me that an Android user should never switch over to an iPhone.
Older models I think can be said are not as good in some aspects as newer models many now have the s24 line is good the s25 is expected not to long from now
