I am using a Galaxy Book 5 Pro (model NP940XHA). When I close the lid, the screen does not switch off or enter proper sleep, even though all the settings in Power Options are correctly configured. I have already performed a full reset using Samsung Device Care and reinstalled Samsung utilities, but the issue persists.
Could you please confirm what power modes this model supports, and advise if there is a fix or update available to restore proper lidโclose behavior?
