ComputersI have a Win10 pc, and I just got a new Samsung s21 phone.
I plugged in my USB cable to move some photos off my phone onto my pc, but it isn't connecting. Nothing shows a connection on my computer, and I can't find anything on the phone that has to do with connecting to a computer.
The only thing I find is that "Link" app, which does not work. It keeps asking me for some kind of "HELLO" password. I've never had this show up before. And my pc states that this "HELLO" feature is unavailable.
So, how do I link my Samsung phone to my pc?

Computers* Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
* Under Ways to sign in, select one of the following options:
* Facial recognition (Windows Hello): This option requires an infrared camera.
* Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello): This option requires a fingerprint reader.
* PIN (Windows Hello): This option doesn't require any special hardware.
* Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
Once you've set up Windows Hello, you can use it to sign in to your device instead of using a password. This is a more secure and convenient way to log in.

ComputersYour computer needs to have USB2.0 ports and, if it does not have a USB-C port, you will need to get a USB-A/C adapter and use the cable that came with your phone to connect to the computer. If your computer has Bluetooth and you connect your phone with Link to Windows, it will automatically add your phone as a device in file manager, and you can transfer items to/from the phone through the file manager.

Computers- **Restart Devices**: Restart both your Samsung S21 and your PC to reset the connection.
- **Update Software**: Make sure both your phone and PC have the latest software updates installed.
- **Try Another USB Port/Cable**: Sometimes, using a different USB port or cable can resolve connection issues.
- **Check for Errors**: Look for any error messages on both devices and search for specific solutions online.
