I recently purchased a galaxy book 5 pro from Samsung. When I go into samsung.com to look at my products it says that service is not available based on my current location. When I try to contact support, it won't let me because it won't recognize my product in order to put in any information. Any assistance or information would be appreciated.

ComputersEither try calling Samsung again (1-800-SAMSUNG) and make sure you are talking to CS, or return the product (if you are still in the return period), and when you get your refund, purchase another.

I just spent 1.5 hours on Samsung chat. At the end of 1.5 hours they told me they were technical support and not customer service.
