Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, 13", 512GB Touch Pad Not Working

The touch pad stopped working.  It shows no mice or pointers in devices.  getting windows code 10 host controller.   This is a 2 week old device.  Any help please. Thanks.

Just keep with the updates for now and don't try to interfere with anything else. Then u can determine the issue based on the system diagnostic and troubleshoot it from there. Also inform Microsoft afterwards if the problem continues

All updates have finished.  Still not working.

Til then u might have to resort to a wireless mouse until the issues is resolved

I'm using the touchscreen to try and get by.

If u bought a protection plan with your device then I would inform them to repair your system if u lost a certain driver or software.

But definitely keep with the updates every chance u get to help the device correct itself. Microsoft will see your issus if u enable the send diagnostic to on in settings

I need to find the original Samsung touchpad driver. Windows update replaced the old driver  with their very old driver which is giving me the code 10.

Anybody else have any ideas to get touchpad to show up again?
