ComputersI'm having issues with the charger that came along with my Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge, it is overheating during charging, also, sometimes it's not charging or not fast charging. I've tried charging with the laptop off and the problems persist. How to correctly troubleshoot, are there any software to evaluate the operation of the charger? Can there be an issue with my battery, how to trouble shoot?

ComputersHello and Welcome to our Samsung Community. We understand the concern regarding the fast charging and overheating. It will be our pleasure to assist as best as possible starting with advising you to check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. Please check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger as well. If the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device and/or battery here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/.
