The Book 3 ultra was an amazing laptop. Only for about a week and a half. One day I informed of a new update so u updated it and ever since then it went down hill. Battery life went from like 7 hours to only 2. The draining is insane now. I can't turn the fans off because the f11 key won't work anymore. Lagging and random resets. I just factory reset it to fix it and it's still the same. Should I return it and ask for a new 1? This is supposed to be a power house but only downloading Brave. Steam. Discord. Photoshop And phasmophobia make this thing just suck. Seriously what happened to my laptop. I had this for 1 month and it went from 10/10 to 2/10 in 4 weeks.
