ComputersAfter installing the latest BIOS update (P00AKX.060) on my Galaxy Book4 Edge (Snapdragon X Elite), Windows no longer recognizes the internal battery. The battery percentage icon has disappeared from the taskbar tray, and system settings do not show any battery status. Third-party battery apps also report that no battery is present.
I've tried resetting the BIOS, reinstalling battery drivers, and performing full shutdowns with static discharge — none of these resolved the issue. The laptop powers on with the charger connected, but behaves as if no battery exists.
Also note that I have lost the ability to use my touchpad to navigate after the BIOS update. I can use a Bluetooth mouse, but not the touchpad?
This appears to be a firmware-level bug introduced by the recent BIOS update, and I'd appreciate guidance on either rolling back the update or confirming if a fix is in development?
