Is there a way to change from light theme during the day to dark without needing to do it manually?
Most apps have the option to manually set light, dark, or system settings. I have them all on system so that I can change it and they all follow suit. Its weird to have such a powerful laptop without this feature so I'm curious if I'm missing it or if it even exists?
I know there's an automated night light that changes the tone depending on a schedule or by the sunset/rise times in your area. The feature/option is there but not linked to the dark/light theme.
Also, anyone else not get the night light working as well as it should? When waking up my laptop from sleep or hibernation, it will remain in the color mode as if night light was on, BUT the toggle is not "on" in the shortcuts tab. I have to manually turn it on then off to get it back to its standard color. I sent an error report/feedback but haven't got anything back after a few months. Maybe a windows thing, but if its a Samsung laptop, wouldn't it also have some control over these things to some extent?
I believe there is a "on at sunset, off at sunrise" feature in stock Android, not sure about Samsung Android. Go to your settings and do a search with the phrase I just mentioned, you might find something similar. Hope this helps. ๐
I have this exact feature ("on at sunset") on my other phone, my rugged gaming phone, a Blackview device. If Samsung doesn't equip this feature then they're falling behind the competition.
Ah ok yee I get you. Yee dude, idk how such a powerful laptop cant handle things that most smartphones can do. That's why I don't know if its a Samsung thing that can do it or if it would have to be through windows
