a16 5g icons? at top left

hello world,   just to the right of the clock/time i see  [upper left of screen]

1- blue circle with white teardrop? is that location services ON ??

2-black circle with white head.body...it is white/black after the phone is unlocked what is that ??

3-white capital 'G' what is that ??

i do not see these on the list i found at samsung and let them know also.

Can you post a screen shot?  I am not aware of any teardrop shaped blue icon,  The location services icon is a white (I guess you can call it a teardrop - I call it a balloon) inside a green circle.  Most people hate that it's on all the time, even though they can't see it unless they pull down the quick panel/notification shade.  I discovered, completely by accident, that you can make it go away by long pressing it. Now it only pops up when an app is actually using the location.

It's just weird I got so used to seeing it, now I always think something's wrong when I don't see it.

it is a blue circle with a tear drop like from the maps application. when i turn off all location services and apps, it stays.

  i do not know how to do a screen shot and am using a laptop to do this, not the phone. also i tried this  https://youtu.be/_9NNmbReVts  but none of it works at all??? i got it to work by typing 'screenshot' into the settings help or something then i lost the pic and cannot find it.  frankly this is the most frustrating device i have ever used.  the online documentation is not current.  i am going to take a pic with my ipad now.

both my emails have seemed to lockup....where is theh samsung android guide to the icons?  blue circle with white tear drop next to the time clock.   this should not be this hard.

@BEAMMEUPSCOTTY I've never seen such a guide. If you post a screenshot someone can probably identify it quickly.

I think maybe you can't distinguish blue from green. The only icon in that corner is green.
