Why can't Galaxy a54 use FM radio function

When I try downloading samsung radio, the store echo me that this content isn't compatible with your phone. Exynos 1380 supports Fm Radio and I inserted Type-C earphones into my phone.

Samsung might limit feature on software level. The only option is use your older phone that come with FM Radio feature
