In apps if you goto a app force stop will stop the app or turn off from function

Force stopping an application literally does just that. Stops the app from running until you or another app starts it again. This is useful for device performance as it can be beneficial to reduce the number of apps running in the background, even if the app is running in a idle state.

It shouldn't. Any apps that would hurt have the Force Stop button greyed out to prevent from such.
