Unknown user certificate keeps on reappearing even after removing it manually on Samsung M35 5G

The user certificate is 'SemSsdidManagerService' .  

 

A quick google search lead me to uncertain answers, so I decided to ask the source directly. This was installed on a brand new phone, updated to android 15, one ui 7. No apps that I use require user certification permissions. Multiple users have complained of the same problem on Samsung forums and other social media sites, but no relevant answer was given. So is this a Samsung issued user certificate, a bug? Plus the user certificate comes back even after removing it after sometime.......
