Got my phone from Samsung today, installed everything, updated all my apps and discovered that in the individual app notfication settings, I can't change the sound for a particular app. It's the main notification sound or nothing.
I've looked, tapped, tried all over. But there's no way to change any individual sound. If I hold down on any of the panels in this, all that happens is the button toggles on or off. There's no way to change. So.. Little help?

Running Android 15, UI 7, just one Sim card that I moved from my last T-Mobile phone. Apps, UI, system are all up to date

Got it. That worked. Thank you both!
It's replacing an A71 so it's been two years since I had to deal with an updated Android system.

As @VerbumVeritum said, you have to turn on notification categories in order to add a custom sound to an app.
