A Series & Other MobileThere was recently an upgrade to UI. Now I can't share media from my phone. I've tried uploading to Photos, e-mailing, uploading to Drive, etc. I was able to send 1 photo to a friend via text message but can't attach more than one without it crashing. After it happens a couple of times, I get a message saying IntentResolver keeps quitting. Help?

A Series & Other MobileHello Members_G2jcYg1, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand your frustrations with not being able to share media from your device after the most recent update. I agree with what LongHiker stated about clearing the cache partition on your device after receiving updates. In addition, perform a factory data reset on your device. Be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet
After performing the reset check your device to see if the issue is resolve, if not please let us know so we can further assist.

A Series & Other Mobile@Members_G2jcYg1 Did you wipe the device cache partition after the update? I recommend that you do this after every device update. It wipes out incompatible or outdated cache information which might be incompatible after the update. It does not erase any user data nor applications.
To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"

A Series & Other MobileDarn - I was excited to get a quick response. I've followed the steps and that worked exactly as you said. But no change - still get "IntentResolver keeps stopping" when I try to share. ๐

A Series & Other MobileClearing the cache helped - I was able to share/upload 1-2 photos at a time. The factory reset seems to have fixed the problem - but wow - that was a massive pain. In the process, it also reinstalled all of the things I do not want and, despite backing up to and then restoring from the cloud, a lot of the settings I'd updated were back at default. Better than having to remember and reinstall everything from scratch - but not what I expected when it claimed that backing up would save my settings and restore them when it was done. I really do appreciate your sharing what ultimately did turn out to be the solution. But I have to say, it's frustrating to be forced to accept a UI upgrade that messes up my phone, then have to go through all of that to fix the mess, and be forced to accept all of the things I'd revised or removed as part of that fix.
