Turn off voicemail on a Samsung A15

Does anyone know how to turn off voicemail on a Samsung A15

Just my thought here but voicemail is a carrier issue while they maybe able to disable it if you contact them and that's not certain that that can

Well there is a toggle switch for it in settings. It's how can I say Unclickable

Depends on carrier i think I see no toggle on or off in mine

My phone is in developer mode. Shows more settings

Voicemail is a Carrier feature to toggle it off you need to contact them.
