The way the Galaxy A11 creates screenshots.

I really hate how my Galaxy A11 creates screenshots because I would see the volume bar on the right side of the image. 

Do any of you hate how your Galaxy A11 creates screenshots?

Idk how the A11 creates them I'm on the A12 it's a few months newer

If you are seeing the volume slider, it means you are using the side buttons to take the screen shot and hitting the volume key a fraction of a second before the power button. You have to hit them sat the exact same time. You should also be able to take a screen shot by swiping the side of your palm right to left across your screen. There should also be a quick panel icon to take a screen shot.
