@PrincessMochi Are you using the tool (looks like a SIM card extraction tool)? It might take a little effort but the door slides open so that you can change the battery.

It's is so hard to open. I hope when they come up with another one. They change back how to open it. These first SmartTag was easier to open.!!

The included ejector works great on mine

I use earrings back to open Sim trays. Maybe it will work.

Update: I finally got it open just so you know. You just have to use a little bit of pressure.
