I don't know why, but whenever I try to turn on my mobile data and my mobile hotspot, it keeps on saying Security Policy prevents the use of mobile data. i have a Galaxy A16, and i need to use mobile data for calling whenever im outside someone please help me solve this issue, ty.

here are the screenshots of me trying to open mobile data and hotspot i reseted all the network connections and on the screen it shows the mobile data button turned on but its not and when i press it it will say Security Policy prevents the use of mobile data

ok so recently, as i was googling about my sim provider google said thisScreenshot 2026-01-08 091113.png but i have registered my sim card already so that can't be the issue

Registering and being properly provisioned are two different things.  If you already reset your mobile network settings and are still having the issue, contact your carrier's tech support and have them reprovision your SIM card.  This happens sometimes if you put a SIM card from an old phone to a new phone.  Sometimes, but not always, your carrier will text you to click a link confirm that you put the SIM in a new device and activate it for that device.
