A Series & Other Mobile- A14-5g battery charging extremely slow all of the sudden. Also will not recognize or receive power from battery pack which I've used numerous times in the past

We also recommend running the Diagnostics and Submitting Feedback under the Support Tab in the Members App.
If the troubleshooting does not help, it is recommended to have the phone serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
