My Samsung TV plus on A02s phone is not working. I've called Samsung and performed troubleshooting with them but still not working. I just re-installed the app but still having error " NULL". Looking for an assistance. Thank you.

There have been multiple posts about this issue, so the issue may be on the server side. Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

My Samsung TV plus app is not working on A14 phone. Already called Samsung tech about this and did troubleshooting but still not working. The error message is "NULL" . looking for your assistance. Thank you!
